These terms govern your use of corvianstrategic.com and the services provided by Corvian ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Corvian provides Google marketing services for local service businesses, including Google Business Profile optimization and management, Local Services Ads setup and management, Local SEO, website design and development, and citation building. The specific services included depend on the package you select.

Fees and billing

• Services are billed monthly at a flat rate based on your selected package.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel before your next billing cycle at any time.
• Fees for a month of service already started are non-refundable.
• Advertising spend (such as Local Services Ads lead costs) is paid by you directly to Google and is separate from our fees.

No guarantees

Google controls its search results, ad placements, and policies. While we work to improve your visibility and lead flow, we do not guarantee specific rankings, placements, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts needed to perform the services (such as your Google Business Profile).
• Maintain any licenses, insurance, or background checks required by Google for programs like Local Services Ads.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, websites and content we create for you belong to you. We may display work we have produced in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you ask us not to.

Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms, primarily Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions, including suspensions, policy changes, or ranking changes.

Limitation of liability

The Site and services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvian's total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with notice before the next billing cycle. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability) survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
